I've been a regular here for almost 5 years now and will not go to any other subway except this place.. that's how you know their subway salads and subs are amazing. They put love and care into their food 10/10

Bad service ?, we found plastic in our food and the sliced tomato was rotten and the employee’s response was even worst. Save yourself and eat somewhere else please!

Reason for low rating is when I ordered through uber eats yesterday they delivered one of the incorrect item. I oredered a veg panini and they delivered a chicken panini. And they didnt bother to make the panini properly. Very disappointed.

The 5 stars are for Nathan, 10/10 customer service and makes the subs with love. (Note: might not be 5 stars if Nathan doesn’t make it)

Bad image as soon as I walked in . Waiting to get served and you see a young man on his phone while making a sub, Oven starts beeping and he places the phone on the bench that the subs get prepared on...... Immediately turned around and left the store.

Generally ok but staff are careless, more than once my sub has been cut with a dirty sauce coverd knife from previous person or tuna rubbing off on my meatball sub. Wash the knife.

Service rude and very poor

I live within walking distance of 4 Subway restaurants. But I always get Uber Eats from the Bonnyrigg store instead. The cookies from here are deliciously chewy and fresh and the sandwiches are always super packed with the freshest salads and beautifully built. This is by far the best subway store I’ve ordered from in Sydney, the quality is superb.

Slow service, got my order wrong somehow ??

If your staff are sick, dont let them come into work. I was served by a guy who continued to snot sniff the whole time he made my food, constantly rubbing his nose on his forearm and clearing his throat. Disgusting experience.

Never buying again. Chicken was old it was dry and hard. To hard to chew.

Seriously guys what the hell Today 28/1/2019 My wife attended to order foot long subs @800hrs despite ph conversation that you guys Will be open till 10 pm Firstly no choices of bread so it was a choice of what you had Second no cookies virtually nothing Guys this is the second time she has attended last time was virtually no cheese selection What are you doing there i gotta ask As variety should be open until nearly close time And what you didnt realise is my wife is a secret shopper you got 2 stars only as staff were friendly Lift your game because there wont be a 3 time

To the guy and girl working tonight, if you want to have a sook about making a customer one sandwich 30 mins before close maybe ask to not work the night shift.

Subway in general caused food poisoning twice for me last 5 years.

Everytime I go hear the stuff a different and then never know the menu this time they told my children that the kids meal is a mini sub and a drink only

Useless staff. I came in with my brother once and the two people were in the back chatting when one guy was already serving another customer - had to stop and go call them from the back and one came out and was giving attitude like we interrupted her very important conversation with the guy she was chatting to. Very rude.. I don't care if you want to chat - just don't be rude and make it like it's my fault
